Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Power Platform Developer to support a Microsoft Portal and Dynamics 365 applications across Contact Center, Customer Service and Sales modules.

You will translate UI/UX designs into functional web apps and build secure, scalable portals. Responsibilities include integrating with Dataverse and APIs, deploying Copilot Studio agents, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions using Power Pages/Portals, Power Automate and Power Apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of Power Platform development experience.
• 3+ years with Dynamics 365 (Contact Center, Customer Service or Sales).
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, C#, and Liquid templates.
• Experience deploying Copilot Studio agents.
• Experience with REST APIs, custom connectors and JSON data.
• Familiar with React or Angular UI frameworks.
• Knowledge of web security and identity authentication.
• Experience integrating with external systems.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery and QA practices.

Responsibilities

• Build web experiences integrated with Dataverse, APIs, Dynamics 365 and data sources.
• Leverage Power Platform tools to deliver data-driven portal solutions.
• Implement secure, role-based access for users.
• Write clean, maintainable code and create supporting specifications.
• Configure authentication using Azure AD B2C or Entra ID.
• Follow best practices and reusable components for scalable tools.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies to keep the app current.

Cat Digital Customer Support is seeking a Power Platform Developer to support a high-visibility Microsoft Portal and Microsoft Dynamics 365 application, specifically Contact Center, Customer Service, and Sales modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Microsoft Portals application using C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
• Develop client-facing website and forms utilizing Power Apps Portal.
• Design and build custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate.
• Develop and customize Dynamics 365 application, specifically Contact Center, Sales, and Customer Service modules.

• Develop responsive forms and workflows to streamline business processes.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and user-friendly web portals using Microsoft Power Pages.

• Maintain intake channels such as chat, webforms, email, IVR, and other channels on the Portal.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the final product meets their needs.

• Build secure, role-based access for internal and external users.
• Writing clean, maintainable code and creating specifications that support business objectives.
• Configure authentication and authorization using Azure AD B2C, Microsoft Entra ID, or other identity providers.
• Follow best practices, uses reusable components, and delivers scalable tools across the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the application remains current and competitive.

Experience

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years experience with Microsoft Power Pages/Portals, Power Automate, and Power Platform development
• 3+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center, Customer Service, and/or Sales
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, C#, and Liquid templates.
• Experience with creating and deploying Agents in Copilot Studio.
• Experience working with REST APIs, custom connectors, and JSON data.
