We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer to join our backend team. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing server-side applications, APIs, and microservices that power our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable server-side applications using Node.js.
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code.
• Develop RESTful APIs, integrate with databases, and handle third-party services.
• Work with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration with UI components.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and share best practices.
• Work on CRM application modules development, enhancement, and integration.
• Debug and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in backend development.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 2 - 5 years of professional experience in backend development with Node.js.
• Proven experience developing or maintaining CRM systems or modules.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and design patterns.
• Experience with REST APIs, Express.js or similar frameworks.
• Good knowledge of databases (MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Experience with writing unit and integration tests.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
