Job summary

Circles.Life – Jetpac is hiring a Software Engineer, Mobile Application Development in Gurgaon (Hybrid) to help shape our consumer eSIM platform across web, iOS, and Android. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust mobile experiences.

You should be proficient in React Native, React (Typescript), Swift/Obj-C for iOS, Kotlin/Java for Android and comfortable with Expo/CI/CD tools. The role offers fast-paced growth and ownership of end-to-end mobile features.

Qualifications

• Degree / Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong fundamentals in software development.
• Open source contributions a plus.
• Experience with React (Typescript), React Native, and mobile platforms.
• Experience with iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java).
• Familiar with RESTful web services and mobile UI/UX development.

Software Engineer, Mobile Application Development

Role

• Working closely with engineers across the company to develop the best technical design and strategy
• Owning the delivery of various timelines, ensuring that key milestones are met and deliveries are of the highest quality
• Adapt to changing priorities and ambiguities which may arise from complex, cutting‑edge and industry disrupting initiatives
• Collaborate with other non‑technical stakeholders of the business which includes Product Managers, Designers, Marketing etc.
• Working with an excellent team of talented engineers to solve the travel convenience problem

Requirements

• Degree / Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Strong fundamentals on software development
• Having actively worked on open source projects would be a plus
• Experience on the following:
• React (Typescript)
• React Native (required)
• Swift / Objective‑C (iOS)
• Kotlin / Java (Android)

• Strong proficiency with React framework (i.e. React lifecycle, hooks, state management)
• Experience with Expo, Webpack and mobile‑first CI/CD tools (e.g. Bitrise, etc.) is preferred
• Keen eye for mobile UI/UX development and experience with styling frameworks (e.g. Stylesheet, other open‑source frameworks like Nativewind) would be beneficial
• Familiarity on RESTful web applications
• Data instrumentation fundamentals
