The individual will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of developers, driving project execution, and maintaining robust technical oversight. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the professional development, performance management, and career progression of direct reports, ensuring a high‑performing and motivated team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive professional experience in software development, with proven experience managing an engineering team of at least 10 members
• Advanced proficiency in Java and extensive expertise with the Spring Framework
• Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Substantial experience with database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure.
• Exceptional problem‑solving and analytical capabilities.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to excel in a client‑facing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
