Job summary

HARMAN in India is seeking a MATLAB Developer with 3-6 years of hands-on experience to design and automate engineering tools, data analysis pipelines, and GUI-based applications. You will build tools using MATLAB, M-Scripting, App Designer, and Python, develop CAN log analysis workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile setup.

Responsibilities

• Improve engineering productivity by automating repetitive tasks and optimizing internal workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis, issue resolution, and feature enhancements.
• Manage tasks, sprint activities, and defect tracking using Jira in Agile environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and knowledge base articles using Confluence.
• Support software validation, debugging, and testing activities.

About the Role

• Experience in scripting automation for large-scale data processing
