Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in Guidewire ProducerEngage and Jutro.
• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• UI development with HTML5 and CSS/SCSS; REST API integrations.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire ProducerEngage / Jutro apps.
• Build responsive UI components using React/TypeScript.
• Configure Jutro pages, layouts, and workflows.
• Integrate applications with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter via REST.
• Lead solution design, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
• Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.
• Support CI/CD, releases, and production monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, Architecture, QA, and Engineering.
• Own technical delivery and drive multiple initiatives.

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire ProducerEngage / Jutro Lead Consultant to design and deliver modern digital insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will combine hands‑on expertise in Producer Engage, Jutro, React, and TypeScript with strong technical leadership and solution design capabilities

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire ProducerEngage / Jutro applications.
• Build responsive and reusable UI components using React and TypeScript.
• Configure Jutro pages, layouts, workflows, themes, and components.
• Integrate digital applications with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter through REST APIs.
• Lead solution design, technical discussions, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
• Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.
• Support CI/CD, releases, deployments, monitoring, and production support.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, Architecture, QA, and Engineering teams.
• Own technical delivery and lead multiple initiatives concurrently.
