Job summary

Candescent is seeking a Software Engineer IV – Android and React Native Developer in Bengaluru. You will develop cross-platform mobile apps, owning architecture, design, and implementation across Android and iOS using React Native. You will contribute to building scalable, robust mobile experiences for digital banking.

The role requires deep expertise in React Native, Android, Java, Kotlin, and REST APIs, with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills in an Agile team.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 9+ Years in IT Industry with 4+ years in building and delivering apps using React Native.
• Minimum 5+ year of experience in Android, SDK, Java, Kotlin.
• Expert in analyzing, designing, implementing, and troubleshooting mobile applications for highly transactional systems.
• Expert in mobile software development using React Native, Swift/Kotlin, Objective C, Xcode/Android Studio & Git.
• Languages: JavaScript, React JS, HTML, CSS, Swift/Kotlin, Objective C/Java.
• Experience in writing unit test cases
• Experience with REST APIs, XML & JSON.

Responsibilities

• Develop cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native.
• Architect, build, and optimize mobile apps within an Agile environment.

Candescent is looking for a highly talented Mobile Software Android and react native Engineer to develop cross platform mobile applications for its Digital Banking division. You will be responsible for full life cycle development using mobile development frameworks & technologies in Agile environment.

We are looking for a mobile react native developer who will be developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using the React Native framework, with responsibilities including architecting, building, and optimizing apps for both iOS and Android

Required Skills/Experience
