Job summary

Selah Digital is seeking a talented full-stack developer to own features from design through deployment. You will build user-facing interfaces with React.js and server-side logic with Node.js, Python, or Java, while designing REST APIs and working with SQL databases.

Applicants should be proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, have hands-on React experience, and be comfortable collaborating with AI coding assistants to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience building with React.js.
• Backend development background in Node.js, Python, Java, or equivalent.
• Comfort with REST API design and implementation.
• Knowledge of SQL databases and how to query and model data.
• Strong grasp of data structures, object-oriented programming, and algorithmic problem-solving.
• Experience with Git and GitHub for version control.
• Ability to work effectively with AI coding assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
• Reading, understanding, and validating code generated by AI tools.
• Prior work with LLM or AI APIs considered a bonus.
• Independent mindset with drive to own projects to completion.
