Job summary

AnyTeam in Bengaluru, India seeks a senior software engineer with 6+ years of experience across the stack, including TypeScript/JavaScript and Python, plus React/Next.js and backend frameworks such as Express or FastAPI.

Job description

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Good understanding of TypeScript/JavaScript AND Python means you're comfortable across the stack.
• Experience with React/Next.js and at least one backend framework (Express, FastAPI, or similar).
• Demonstrated history of working across multiple languages, frameworks, or platforms; you're a learner, not a specialist stuck in one lane.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc. ): you use AI to amplify your output, not replace your judgment.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs in production (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc. ).
• Strong system design skills. You can architect a feature, not just implement a ticket.
• Track record of shipping production software with real users.

Strong Plus:

• Experience with Electron or desktop application development.
• Familiarity with RAG systems, vector databases, or embedding pipelines.
• Experience with real-time systems (WebSocket, audio streaming, event-driven architectures).
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Experience with Temporal, RabbitMQ, or similar workflow/queue systems.
• Understanding of sales/CRM domain.
