We are looking for a highly skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with 4–8 years of experience in designing and developing scalable test automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Playwright, TypeScript, API automation, and CI/CD practices. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to build reliable automation frameworks, improve product quality, and enable faster software delivery.
Engineers are expected to actively incorporate AI-assisted workflows into daily development, including test generation, defect analysis, and coverage improvement. AI-generated outputs must be reviewed, validated, and owned by the engineer.
Must-Have Qualifications:
4-8 years of hands-on software development experience in full-stack roles.
Experience with Playwright or equivalent test automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Selenium).
Experience with microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Working knowledge of SQL for backend data validation, and basic familiarity with NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Proven experience working on SaaS-based applications with high availability and scalability.
