Job summary

Recro in Bengaluru, Karnataka, is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to drive test automation across web, mobile, and web services. You will design, implement, and maintain robust automation frameworks and write effective test cases aligned with the overall test strategy.

The role requires strong automation experience with Selenium/Appium/Rest Assured, programming knowledge in Java or Python/JavaScript, and familiarity with SQL/MySQL.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Computer Science/IT is required.
• Experience building test automation frameworks for web/mobile/web services.
• Automation testing experience with Selenium/Appium/Rest Assured.
• Programming in Java or Python/JavaScript is a plus.
• SQL/MySQL knowledge is a plus.
• Performance testing knowledge with JMeter is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience in functional testing—designing test scenarios and plans.

• Innovate, design, and develop test automation frameworks for web applications, mobile applications, and web services.
• Experience with Automation testing is a must (Selenium/Appium/Rest Assured).
• Experience with programming in languages such as Java, Python/Java Script a great plus
• Experience with SQL and MySQL is a great plus
• Good to have performance testing knowledge with tools like JMeter
• Must have excellent communication (verbal & amp; written), interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Must be able to work independently and enjoy working in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Experience in functional testing - coming up with test scenarios, test plan and executing them.
