Job summary

MRI Software India is seeking a Team Lead with a deep background in .NET to guide a software development team across the SDLC. You will drive feature development, shape architecture decisions, and mentor teammates in a collaborative, high-tech environment.

The role requires hands-on expertise in .NET Core, MVC, REST APIs, and modern frontend stacks (Angular preferred). Hybrid work arrangements and a strong culture of learning and inclusion are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in .NET browser-based application development.
• Proficient in .NET Core, MVC, REST APIs, jQuery, SOAP and SQL.
• Proficiency in at least one .NET language (e.g., C#).
• Experience with ASP.NET Core Web API for REST services.
• Strong SQL skills with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Frontend skills: HTML5, CSS, and a modern JS framework (Angular preferred; Vue.js/React also acceptable).
• Knowledge of MVC, MVP, MVVM and Clean Architecture patterns.
• Familiar with Git, GitHub and Azure DevOps.

• Follow development processes (source control, branching, testing) without assistance.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist with complex support queries requiring analysis.

• Participate in team activities such as collaborative development and code reviews.
• Engage in cross-team activities such as knowledge-sharing and documentation.
• Build relationships with other teams in the product development department.

About the role:

MRI Software is seeking a Team Lead to join our team working on products. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for Leading the team, developing and maintaining software solutions throughout the Software Development Lifecycle. You should have a passion for leading the team spontaneously, development and an eagerness to learn new things and improve your skills. We are looking for a team player who is willing to offer opinions confidently and to hear others out.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To Develop software features in a self-sufficient wayand to a high technical standard.
• Understanding the system architecture and technical goals of the product.

Candidate Requirements:

• 10+ Years of Experience in developing browser-based applications using .Net
• Experience in .Net Core, MVC, Rest API, jQuery, SOAP, SQL
• Proficiency in at least one .Net language
• Experience in developing RESTful web services using ASP.Net Core Web API
• Good SQL skills preferrable with Microsoft SQL Server
• Proficient with frontend development using HTML5, CSS and any one of the modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular (preferred), Vue JS, React.
• Knowledge of architectural patterns—MVP, MVC, MVVM, and Clean Architecture
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub/Azure Devops
