Job summary

• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting and deployment activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle EBS Finance and Supply Chain applications, including incident management, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and implementation of permanent fixes.
• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle EBS technical components, including PL/SQL Packages, Procedures, Functions, and Triggers.
• Develop and support Oracle EBS integrations using Oracle Public APIs, Open Interface Tables, SQL*Loader, REST/SOAP web services, and other enterprise integration technologies.
• Perform data conversions, data migration, reconciliation, performance tuning, and production data fixes.
• Support application upgrades, patching, cloning activities, implementations, testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare support.

Role Overview

Our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment supports end-to-end business processes across Order Management (OM), Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, Inventory, Purchasing, Receiving, Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), and Subledger Accounting (SLA) , ensuring the stability, performance, and integrity of business-critical operations across the enterprise.

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant to support, enhance, and evolve our Oracle EBS applications. This role sits at the heart of production support and continuous improvement, combining strong hands-on Oracle technical expertise with functional knowledge of Oracle Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Finance processes to deliver scalable solutions, resolve complex production issues, and ensure the stability and performance of business-critical Oracle applications.

The successful candidate will work across the full application lifecycle, including production support, technical development, integrations, enhancements, upgrades, testing, deployment, and post-production support, while partnering with Finance, Supply Chain, and cross-functional technology teams to deliver reliable, high-quality Oracle ERP solutions. Exposure to Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle Fusion SCM is considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Added Advantage

• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Financials and/or Oracle Fusion SCM.
• Experience supporting Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion coexistence environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, FBDI, and ADFDI.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and middleware technologies.
