Job summary

Concentrix is hiring a Software Engineer II (TCF) to build and scale Rust-based production systems. You will work with modern web frameworks (Actix-web, Axum, Rocket) and integrate REST/gRPC services, databases, and cloud-native tooling.

Strong communication in English and a passion for learning new tech are essential. You will collaborate across teams to design performant, memory-safe solutions, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and help drive platform modernization initiatives in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Proven experience building production Rust systems.
• Expertise in ownership/borrowing, lifetimes, traits, and async programming.
• 2+ years with Actix-web, Axum, or Rocket.
• Experience building/rest and gRPC services.
• Nice to have WebAssembly experience.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQLite via Diesel or SQLx.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of professional experience building production systems in Rust.
• Expert knowledge of core Rust concepts: ownership/borrowing, lifetimes, traits, and async programming (Tokio or async-std).
• Must have 2+ years of experience with a web framework such as Actix-web, Axum, or Rocket.
• Knowledge of building and consuming REST and gRPC services.
• Experience with WebAssembly (Wasm) is a plus.
• Relational and/or embedded databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite (via Diesel or SQLx).
• Git & Git workflows (GitFlow, trunk-based development).
• Docker and Kubernetes basics.
• CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Creative, independent, self-motivated, and willing to learn new technology.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, especially around memory safety and concurrency issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of systems-level design patterns and performance optimization.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum, TDD, and CI tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, etc.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related engineering field.
