You will join a collaborative scrum team in a scaled agile environment, designing and implementing new features for an exciting new financial platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in CS/Software Eng or related field.
• Minimum 3 years Java development experience.
• Strong design and analytic skills.
• Experience in fast-paced Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a collaborative scrum team in a scaled Agile environment.
• Design and implement new features for a financial platform using new technologies.
• Participate in design and code reviews.
• Make good technical decisions to solve business challenges.
• Engage in story grooming to flush out requirements.
• Participate in various scrum and SAFe ceremonies.
• Develop/modify Automated Unit, Feature and Integration Tests.
• Bring ideas to increase team efficiency.
• Troubleshoot development and production problems as needed.

You Have

• University Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years Java development experience
• Strong design and analytic skills
• Experience working in software development and testing concepts in a fast-paced, dynamic Agile environment
• The ability to communicate effectively & adapt to changing requirements
• Strong team and communication skills
• Good troubleshooting skills

• Microservice development in a Kubernetes/Docker environment
• Java technologies
• Spring/Hibernate, springboot
• YML Scripting
• React good to have
• Experience with JUnit
• Elasticsearch/Kalpana/Logstash.
• Database technologies including PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MySQL, AlloyDB (not mandatory)
• Cloud/SAAS technologies such as Google Cloud & AWS
• Git, Maven, Jenkins.
