Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking Software Engineers to join the ParPay (Payment) software development team. This is a technical contributor role with a solid foundation in software development and a passion to build upon it.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with C# and .NET, plus hands-on experience with PostgreSQL/SQL, RESTful APIs, and modern cloud platforms. A background in Agile environments and familiarity with TDD and debugging is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of software development experience with C# and .NET.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL databases.
• Hands-on knowledge of SQL and optimized queries.
• Expertise in RESTful APIs.
• Experience with unit testing/TDD is a plus.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Excellent debugging skills.
• Familiarity with Agile software development principles and practices.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

Position Description

We are seeking Software Engineers to join our ParPay (Payment) software development team. This is a technical contributor role. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in software development with a passion for continuing to build upon that.
