PAR is looking for a Senior Application Engineer to join our team. We operate in an international, fast-paced, high-growth environment with a cloud and SaaS-first approach and a limited on‑prem footprint. In this role, you will own the development and maintenance of internal-facing custom applications, refactor and modernize apps built by citizen developers into secure and production-ready solutions, and uphold best practices across the full SDLC.

Required Skills We Need to See

• Experience developing web applications using the following technologies:
• React + Vite
• Node / Express.js
• Azure SQL
• Experience in database design and optimization
• Experience in API development and design
• Experience with GitHub and Azure DevOps
• Experience across the full SDLC, including source code branching and merging strategies and building CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions
• Experience using Azure or AWS to create and manage cloud hosted applications

Nice to Have

• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and work quality
• Experience developing MCP Servers
