Job summary

Sabre, a leading AI-native travel technology company, is seeking a Software Engineer to support LGS. You will design, develop and test software systems, focusing on cloud-based and microservice architectures using Java, Spring Boot and related technologies.

You will work in a hybrid environment in Bengaluru, contributing to high-quality code, implementing best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable travel software solutions.

Qualifications

• 2.5+ years of Software Development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java (Java 8+) and J2EE technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Open Source Frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate.
• Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Familiarity with design patterns (GOF) and software architecture concepts.
• Understanding of TDD and unit/integration testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, code, test and debug new software solutions or enhancements.
• Design and improve applications using standard development practices.
• Work on issues requiring in-depth knowledge of objectives and data.
