Job summary

Infoblox is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Universal Asset Insights team in Bangalore. The role focuses on developing scalable cloud-hosted data pipelines and asset discovery integrated with network services.

The candidate will design large-scale SaaS platforms, collaborate with global teams, and drive adoption of agentic AI in the SDLC, ensuring performance and reliability in a hybrid Bangalore environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering
• Master’s degree preferred
• 3 years of software development experience with Golang/Go, Java, C++, or C
• Experience leveraging microservices-based Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka
• Experience designing and building large-scale SaaS platforms incl. network management, asset management, ETL, and data pipelines
• Experience with performance engineering in large-scale pipelines and incident resolution

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud-hosted data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and normalization
• Build extensible framework for low-code/no-code integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global engineering teams to design reusable software components
• Drive productivity and innovation through agentic/AI platforms in SDLC
• Integrate agentic infrastructure into core product capabilities including MCP servers, agents, sub-agents, and reusable AI
• Shape product architecture and software design for scalability, extensibility, and reliability
• Stay updated on trends in asset insights, no-code/low-code remediation, data transformation, ETL, and agentic AI

• Use AI-assisted development tools to support development, code optimization, debugging, testing, and process improvement
