Tristone Strategic Partners LLP is hiring an AI Engineer to embed agentic AI into firm workflows and systems. The role focuses on building reliable, auditable AI tools, agents, and evaluation loops in a financial services environment.

Responsibilities include designing, deploying, and maintaining AI-powered tools and workflows, integrating Claude and other platforms, and ensuring rigorous validation and security in production environments.

Qualifications

1-3 years of AI/ML engineering, software development, or applied AI projects.
Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot.
Experience building agentic workflows and integrating external tools through MCP servers or equivalent tool-use frameworks.
Experience taking an AI tool or agent from build to production.
Experience with Docker, hosting, and monitoring in a real environment.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools, agents, and workflow automations across the firm.
Work on the Claude ecosystem alongside other AI platforms.
Own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle for AI tools and agents.
Collaborate with teams across the firm to identify automation opportunities.
Review and validate AI-generated outputs before internal or client-facing use.
Evaluate new AI tools and platforms for potential adoption.
Document technical approaches clearly.
Communicate outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Use sound judgement in AI workflows for client and fund data handling.
Work through approved endpoints and enterprise tooling.
Uphold confidentiality obligations in a financial services environment.
