Job summary

Gradious is seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with deep expertise in Agentic AI to drive end-to-end AI agent development for business applications. You will architect, build, deploy, and optimize conversational AI agents and intelligent automation workflows.

Lead cross-functional teams, integrate LLMs across cloud platforms, and ensure scalable, secure deployments while staying ahead of AI/ML best practices. 6–14 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in MERN stack with API development & integration.
• Proven expertise in building and deploying Conversational AI agents or chatbots.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, and Embeddings.
• Experience with cloud AI services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and scalable deployment.
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms and agent orchestration.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled Tech Lead with deep expertise in Agentic AI and the end-to-end development of AI agents for business applications. In this pivotal role, you will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of Conversational and Intelligent AI Agents that automate, enhance, and transform business processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and develop advanced Conversational AI agents and intelligent automation workflows.
• Build, deploy, and optimize AI agents using leading AI platforms (e.g.,Kore.ai, n8n, AgentForce, DialogFlow, AutoGen, Vertex).
• Integrate and fine-tune LLMs and AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Microsoft Azure AI, Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, Hugging Face) to deliver scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into AI-powered automation solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI agent development - from requirement analysis to deployment and monitoring.
• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of deployed AI agents.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML frameworks, tools, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven expertise in building and deploying Conversational AI agents, chatbots, or intelligent automation systems.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, and Embeddings.

• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms and agent orchestration.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design business-driven AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• BE / B.Tech / MS / M.Tech / MCA with Cimputer Science Background
• Experience: 6 to 14 years

Good to Have

• Experience in vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
• Exposure to MLOps and CI/CD for AI solutions.
• Prior work in domain-specific AI agent development (finance, healthcare, customersupport,etc.).
