Job summary

Iris Software is seeking a GenAI Developer to design and implement advanced AI solutions across Noida, Gurugram, and Pune. The role demands 5–10 years of GenAI/AI engineering experience and strong Python skills, with hands-on work on Azure OpenAI Service and LangChain/LangGraph.

You will architect multi-agent systems, build tool-calling workflows, and drive cloud-native AI integrations while ensuring security, governance, and HITL processes.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in GenAI/AI engineering.
• Proficient in Python programming.
• Hands-on with Azure OpenAI Service.
• Experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience with AI agents and tool-calling.
• Strong ability to design cloud-native AI integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise GenAI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, and related AI platforms.
• Architect and implement RAG, Graph RAG, Agentic AI, and multi-agent systems for business applications.
• Develop AI agents, tool-calling workflows, and autonomous task execution frameworks using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Build scalable AI applications with vector search, semantic retrieval, prompt engineering, and context orchestration.
• Define cloud-native AI integration patterns across APIs, databases, messaging systems, and enterprise applications.
• Drive AI model optimization, fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, and HITL processes.
• Ensure scalability, security, governance, and Responsible AI compliance across solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex AI workflow, retrieval, and orchestration challenges.
• Mentor teams on GenAI, Agentic AI, and AI engineering best practices
