Job summary

Gartner IT is seeking a Software Developer in India (Haryana) to design, implement, and support web applications and services supporting our Research & Consulting Delivery strategy. You will work in a globally distributed Agile team, delivering high-quality code and collaborating with stakeholders to refine requirements.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of full-stack experience with ReactJS and back-end languages (Python/Java/.NET), plus solid SQL and Azure exposure.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years full-stack development experience using ReactJS with Python/Java/.Net.
• Relational databases experience (MySQL, Postgres, SQLMI) including SQL query writing.
• Experience in utilizing and deploying Azure services (App Service, Blob, Azure AI Services, etc.).
• Exposure to AI-assisted development practices would be a plus.

About this role

Software Development position responsible for design, implementation, and support of applications to help fulfill our Research & Consulting Delivery strategy.

What You Will Do

• Designing, implementing, unit, integration testing and supporting Web based applications and services
• Contribute to the review and analysis of business requirements
• Collaborate on architecture and technical design discussions
• Perform and participate in code reviews, peer inspections and technical design/specifications
• Documenting and review detailed design
• Be able to work in teams and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements
• Be able to innovate and showcase new approaches to improve efficiency

Be able to work in a globally distributed team in an Agile/Scrum approach

What you’ll need

Graduate or Postgraduate in technology from a reputed Institute having 2-4 years of experience in the software development field

Must Have

• 2-4 years Full stack development experience of using ReactJS with either Python/Java/.Net.
• Experience working on Relational databases (MySQL/Postgres/SQLMI) including intermediate exposure in writing SQL queries.
• Experience in utilizing & deploying Azure services (App Service, Blob, Azure AI Services, etc.,)

Exposure to AI Assisted development practices would be a plus
