Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic Product Development team. As a SSE, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical aspects of projects involving technologies such as Golang, Python, MYSQL, and AWS. You will provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of talented engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex software solutions using Golang and/or Python, MySQL, AWS.
• Develop cloud-based applications and services on the AWS platform, adhering to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and technologies; troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with timely and effective solutions; stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Must Have Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in software development with a strong proficiency in at least one of the following backend technologies: Golang, Python.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable applications on the cloud.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture and containerisation technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in agile development methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Good To Have Skills

• AWS certification.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable applications on AWS.
