Job Title: Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer — Location: Bangalore — Department: Technology.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic Product Development team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will oversee the technical aspects of projects involving technologies such as Golang, Python, MySQL, and AWS. You will provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex software solutions using Golang and/or Python, MySQL, and AWS.
• Develop cloud-based applications and services on the AWS platform. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Must Have Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in software development with strong proficiency in at least one backend technology (Golang or Python).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable applications on cloud platforms.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in agile development methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• AWS certification.
