Job summary

Moody's Investors Service in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced software engineer to build reliable full‑stack applications that advance AI initiatives and deliver intuitive user experiences. Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing, deploying, and operating cloud-based applications in production environments, preferably Amazon Web Services.
• Proven experience leading small software engineering teams, providing technical guidance, and owning end-to-end delivery of user-facing applications.
• Strong expertise in Angular, with a focus on building scalable, reusable, and maintainable user interfaces.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript in production environments.
• Solid understanding of Representational State Transfer application programming interfaces and asynchronous communication patterns, including integration with artificial intelligence inference and back-end services.
• Solid understanding of security, authentication, and data privacy considerations in cloud-based applications, preferably Amazon Web Services.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to code quality, maintainability, system robustness, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands‑on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.
