Job summary

NatWest Group is hiring a Software Engineer at associate level in Bengaluru, India. You will join a feature team to engineer software, scripts and tools, liaising with other engineers, architects and business analysts across the platform.

You'll produce high-quality software rapidly, participate in full life cycle development, and collaborate to optimise the engineering capability across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with development and testing tools, bug tracking tools and wikis.
• Experience in multiple programming languages or low-code toolsets.
• Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies and associated toolsets.
• Background in solving highly complex, analytical and numerical problems.
• Experience implementing programming best practices around scalability, automation, virtualization, optimization, availability and performance.

The skills you'll need
