About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer (Front end + Visual Design) to join our Product & AI team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI and Data first solutions. You will work closely with ai engineers, software engineers, clinical scientist and product managers to implement intelligent solutions that drive innovation and deliver business value at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and stay up to date on the latest developments in AI and Data first solutions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, design, clinical science and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop user‑facing features, navigation elements, and interactive components that enhance user experience.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance (e.g., image compression, lazy loading, code minification).
• Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs, and with UX/UI designers to refine visual elements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code, utilizing version control systems like Git.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 0-2 years in front end and/or visual design software engineering and development.
• A strong eye for design, typography, and layout, with experience using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Photoshop.
• Strong experience with frontend frameworks/libraries, such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Deep understanding of responsive layout techniques (e.g., Flexbox, Grid) and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Proficiency in Git/GitHub.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS).
• Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, NPM).
• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Understanding of SEO principles.
• Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git)
• Experience in healthcare or imaging (e.g., DICOM, HL7/FHIR)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
