Internship Details

Internship (Work From Office, Hyderabad)

We are looking for motivated interns who want to kickstart their careers by working on real-world AI and automation projects. This internship is hands-on and meant for candidates who want practical startup exposure rather than classroom-style training.

Responsibilities

Work with developers on AI-driven projects in marketing automation and CRM
Build, test, and improve features used in production environments
Gain exposure to full-stack development, API integration, and workflow automation
Learn how startups develop and scale AI-powered products
Interest in software development, AI, and automation
Basic understanding of web development (frontend, backend, or databases preferred)
Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and solve problems independently
Must report to the office daily in Sainikpuri, Hyderabad

Training and Growth plan

6-Month Training Phase (Unpaid): The initial phase is focused on hands-on training and real project exposure. Interns will work directly on live projects with our developers, gaining practical startup and AI automation experience.
Next 6 Months (Paid Role): After completing the training, interns will automatically transition into Junior Software Engineer roles for the next 6 months with a paid opportunity.
Onsite Opportunity (Dubai): Exceptional performers during this 1-year journey will be considered for onsite opportunities at our Dubai office, offering international exposure and career acceleration.
Career Progression Beyond the Year: After the first year, top performers can advance into full-time Software Engineer positions and leadership roles as the company continues to scale.
