Job summary

Stryker is seeking a software engineer to design and implement complex components and subsystems, with focus on object-oriented analysis and design, documentation, and integration testing. You will help shape architectural concepts and plan product maturation.

The role requires 2–7 years in professional software development, strong C++ and design pattern expertise, and experience with 3D visualization and medical imaging domains. Collaboration in an Agile environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 2–7 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience in 3D visualization and geometric computing.
• Strong expertise in design patterns and C++ programming concepts; knowledge of linear algebra, computer vision, and software verification methods.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-7 years of industry experience in professional software development.
• Experience in 3D Visualization and Geometric Computing.
• Strong expertise in Design Patterns & C++ programming concepts; Linear Algebra, Computer Vision, Software design, development and verification methodologies
• Required technical competencies in algorithms and data structures, object oriented design and analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiar with software developments tools, such as compilers, interpreters, programming editors, debuggers, source code control, defect management.
• Preferred Technical Competencies: Proficiency in Qt/QML, exposure to development of image processing applications.
• Experience in medical devices, robotics, and/or surgical navigation is an asset.
• Experience dealing with 3D Medical Imaging data (DICOM datasets, segmentation, surface extraction
