Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (0 to 4 years Experience) or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (0 years of experience).
• Core CS: Strong grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java or Python or Golang or C/C++.
• System Design: Ability to think critically about application scalability and cloud environments
• Ability to architect and design distributed systems.
• AI Tooling: Ability to use AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development and automate testing.
