Responsibilities

• Professional using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.

• May lead small-to-medium features from technical design through completion.
• Stays current on industry trends and serves as an expert on the software development lifecycle and agile engineering practices; coaches others, as needed.

• Tracks metrics for product adoption and success.
• Performs coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development process under minimal supervision.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor s (2 to 4 years Experience) or Master s degree in Computer Science or related field (0 years of experience).
• Core CS: Strong grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java or Python or Golang or C/C++
• System Design: Ability to think critically about application scalability and cloud environments - Ability to architect and design distributed systems
• AI Tooling: Ability to use AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development and automate testing.
