Job summary

Careernet invites an experienced Appian Developer to join our delivery team in Chennai. You will translate requirements into Appian flows, design interfaces, rules, and processes, and integrate with external systems.

You will work in an Agile Scrum environment using Jira, contribute to BPM initiatives, ensure secure, scalable Appian solutions, and participate in testing and production support to maintain high‑quality deployments.

Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years of experience with at least 5 years in Appian development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Appian, BPM, process models, SAIL, expression rules, and integrations.
• Experience designing secure solutions using Appian group types, security, CDT, and reporting components.
• Ability to design scalable workflow solutions and manage database-related requirements.
• Experience with unit testing, solution validation, and working in Agile Scrum environments with JIRA.
