Job summary

E Tech Group in the United States seeks a Software Engineer to join our Advanced Software team. You’ll develop client-facing software across the stack, tackling industrial and enterprise challenges.

You'll work on full-stack applications using C#/.NET, React, and SQL Server, designing APIs, cloud services, and IIoT integrations. Collaborate with engineers, project teams, and clients to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in CS/Engineering or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency with C# and modern .NET.
• Experience developing ASP.NET Core APIs and full-stack web applications.
• Experience with frontend development, preferably React and TypeScript.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server including DB design, querying, indexing, and ORM integration.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating with external systems.
• Understanding of OO design, SOLID, DI, automated testing, Git workflows, code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy client-facing software solutions using modern development practices.
• Take ownership of features and project workstreams from requirements through implementation.

You will:

You have:

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency with C# and modern .NET.
• Experience developing ASP.NET Core APIs and full-stack web applications.
• Experience with modern frontend development, preferably React and TypeScript.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server, including relational database design, querying, indexing, and ORM-based application integration.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating with external systems.
• Understanding of software engineering practices including:
  • Object-oriented design and SOLID principles
  • Dependency injection
  • Automated/unit testing
  • Source control and Git workflows
  • Code reviews and maintainable software architecture
• Ability to independently investigate problems and develop practical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
