Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with CS degree.
• Strong backend experience in high-scale production.
• Excellent Golang skills and system design focus.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, REST APIs.
• Proficiency with Linux, databases (MySQL/MongoDB/Aerospike), and networking.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, CI/CD, and infra automation.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch).
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate production systems.

As a Software Engineer 3, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and scaling the distributed systems that power millions of customer interactions every day. What We're Looking For

Must Have

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Strong experience building backend product applications in high-scale production environments.

• Excellent programming skills in Golang (preferred).

• Strong understanding of:

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP.

• Experience designing data models and working with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, Aerospike, or similar technologies.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch, or equivalent.

• Strong understanding of networking concepts including DNS, Load Balancers, Firewalls, and Proxies.

• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong ownership mindset with experience operating production systems.

Good to Have

• Experience building telecom, CPaaS, contact centre, or communication platforms.

• Knowledge of cloud telephony and telecom protocols.

• Experience integrating with SMS, WhatsApp, or other messaging platforms.

• Experience operating large-scale distributed production systems.

• Exposure to ETL pipelines, event-driven architectures, or streaming systems.

• Prior experience working in high-growth product startups.
