Responsibilities:

• Engage in the technical design of solutions based on use cases and business requirements.
• Complete proof of concepts and technical evaluations of technologies, designs, and solutions.
• Contribute to the creation of detailed design and use case documents.
• Interact effectively with internal teams to develop solutions for complex technical issues on high-visibility business opportunities.
• Analyze current solution architecture and design, proposing improvements to increase business value, optimize performance, and enhance quality.
• Adhere to and contribute to best practices, guidelines, standards, and procedures.
• Communicate and present complex technical concepts clearly to peers.
• Incorporate Visa’s business vision, current environment, and industry trends to drive results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Java EE platforms / .NET, C#, Python.
• Object-oriented analysis and design, using common design patterns and adhering to SOLID principles.
• Understanding of test-driven development.
• Creative, proactive problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency.
• Focus on customer experience.
• Experience working with project resources like solution analysts, QA, architects.
• Ability to estimate effort for projects using a combination of model-based approaches and practical experience.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and influence outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, working with diverse stakeholders.
• Support documentation of business processes aligned with requirements.
• Comfortable in environments of rapid change and ambiguity.
• Ability to work in a complex, highly matrixed, and regulated environment.
• Global/international experience and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
