Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on full stack development experience.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, APIs, databases, version control, and how the web works.
• Solid experience on both frontend and backend in modern stacks (JS/TS, React, Node.js, Java Spring Boot, Python, or similar).
• Ability to learn a new language, framework or codebase quickly and be productive.
• Experience with AI models and AI coding tools like Claude, Codex, Copilot and LLM APIs.
• Clear communication and good problem-solving ability.

We're hiring a Full Stack Developer for our Surat office. This is an on-site role.

We're not looking for someone who fits one exact stack. We're looking for a good developer. Someone who understands how software actually works, can pick up whatever the project needs, and ships things that hold up in production. If you've built real applications end to end and you're comfortable moving between frontend and backend, we want to talk to you.

One thing that matters to us: you should already be using AI tools like Claude, Codex or Copilot in your everyday work. Not as a novelty, but as a normal part of how you build, debug and ship faster.

What you'll do

• Build and ship complete features, frontend through backend
• Own your work end to end. Design, development, testing, deployment, and fixing it when it breaks
• Use AI coding tools to move faster, while staying fully responsible for what you put out
• Contribute to architecture and product discussions. Your input is expected, not optional
• Work directly with product, design and QA. Small team, short conversations, quick decisions

What we're looking for
