We are looking for an AI-first Full Stack Developer who can rapidly design, build, and ship modern applications using AI-assisted development workflows while maintaining strong engineering discipline, scalable architecture, and production-grade quality. This role is not about 'vibe coding'. The ideal candidate understands system design, software architecture, clean code principles, security, scalability, and maintainability - while leveraging tools like Cursor, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Codex, GPT-based tooling, and modern AI agents to accelerate development. The candidate should be capable of independently converting product ideas into production-ready systems with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
AI-Augmented Development:
- Use AI-assisted development tools effectively for:
- Code generation
- Refactoring
- Debugging
- Testing
- Documentation
- Architecture exploration
- Build structured AI workflows using tools like:
- Cursor
- Claude
- Codex
- ChatGPT
- AI coding agents
- Create effective prompts, context pipelines, and engineering workflows for AI-assisted coding.
- Validate and review AI-generated code critically instead of blindly accepting outputs.
Full Stack Engineering:
- Build end-to-end web and mobile applications.
- Design scalable backend systems, APIs, queues, and integrations.
- Develop responsive frontend interfaces with excellent UX.
- Write production-grade code with proper modularity and maintainability.
- Work across frontend, backend, databases, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability.
Architecture & System Design:
- Design systems with scalability, security, fault tolerance, maintainability, and performance.
- Apply SOLID principles and clean architecture patterns.
- Create modular, service-oriented, or event-driven systems where appropriate.
- Understand tradeoffs between monoliths, modular monoliths, and microservices.
- Design proper data models and caching strategies.
- Ensure systems are AI-ready and automation-friendly.
Product Execution:
- Translate product requirements into technical execution plans.
- Rapidly prototype MVPs while preserving architectural quality.
- Collaborate closely with founders/product teams.
- Take ownership from concept to deployment.
