Job summary

PERSOL India in Gurugram is seeking a proactive Full Stack Web Application Developer to own applications end-to-end—from requirements and architecture to deployment, performance and production stability.

You will work with Python/Django/Flask/FastAPI on the backend and React/Angular on the frontend, collaborating with cross-functional teams and following secure coding, CI/CD and DevOps practices to deliver robust, scalable web solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or equivalent with strong academic performance.
• 2–3 years of commercial end-to-end web application/tool development experience, preferably in a services or consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, enhance and deploy high-performance web applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and robust solutions.
• Work independently on existing/inherited codebases, reverse-engineer logic and improve production systems without impacting stability.
• Collaborate with business, consulting and cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
• Provide technical recommendations, contribute to solution design, IP/content development and technical training.
• Follow coding, security, Git, CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
• Work with large datasets and identify opportunities for automation, analytics and AI-driven improvements.
