Job summary

Iospl Technology Services is seeking a results-driven Software Engineer specializing in RPA and automation to design, develop, and maintain automated solutions across business processes. Candidate should have Bachelor’s in CS/IT and at least 2 years of RPA experience, with strong programming in Python/Java/C#.

Youll work across functional teams to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency through automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.


• Create and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver for end-to-end testing.


• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify automation opportunities.


• Develop and manage MySQL databases supporting automation workflows.


• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to ensure continuous delivery of automation processes.


• Debug and optimize RPA workflows to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.


• Maintain thorough documentation of automation processes and technical assets.


• Monitor production bots, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.


• Collaborate with developers, testers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality automation solutions.
