  • 5+ years of DevOps experience in Copado or similar CI/CD tools for pipeline configuration, Git branching/merging strategies, and release management including metadata and data migrations.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and delivering requirements of complex solutions on the Salesforce platform including Custom Objects, Workflow Rules, Custom Fields, Validation Rules, VisualForce, and Lightning.
  • Familiarity with static code analysis with SonarQube, PMD, or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Salesforce release activities and end-to-end deployment planning with multi-functional teams.

  • Partner with architects and engineering teams to solve deployment and release problems using Salesforce Platform, Github, Copado and similar tools, autonomous agents, LLM/SLMs, and modern application architectures.
  • Own and optimize Copado CI/CD pipelines end-to-end - including static analysis (SonarQube, Qwiet, PMD), automated testing, and environment management across dev, staging, and production.
  • Implement deployment standards: redundant pipelines, rollback strategies, and governance controls aligned to org-wide security and compliance requirements.
  • Define and document requirements, manage progress on Jira, and identify risks or gaps with proposed solutions while owning configuration changes and communication for CICD initiatives.
  • Build AI-driven DevOps solutions: co-pilots, autonomous agents, intelligent workflows, and generative AI experiences.
  • Collaborate with engineers for delivering complex implementations, improving code quality, and troubleshooting defects of CICD features.
  • Embed engineering excellence practices - code review, continuous integration, automated testing, monitoring, and AI-assisted automations - into every release cycle.
  • Build and operate agentic solutions (Claude, custom MCP servers) that automate release notes, deployment impact analysis, regression triage, and compliance reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory requirements across the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Collaborate across the organization, build connections and relationships and develop ownership in our Salesforce CICD.
