Job summary

Phenom is seeking a Product Integration Engineer to join our Implementation team in Hyderabad. You will enable smooth, scalable integrations of Phenom products into customer environments and act as a technical partner throughout the implementation lifecycle.

You will collaborate across Product Management and Engineering, develop integration scripts, troubleshoot issues, and train clients on using our tools, while staying current with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of software integration experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of web services, APIs, and data integration techniques.

Responsibilities

• Work with Implementation team to understand client requirements and design integration solutions.
• Develop and maintain integration scripts and tools to facilitate smooth integration of our products with client systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues that may arise during the implementation process.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure seamless integration of new product features.
• Provide technical support to clients during the integration process and post-implementation.
• Document integration processes and provide training to clients on how to use our integration tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in integration to continuously improve our processes and tools.

• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering, to ensure seamless integration of new product features
• - Provide technical support to clients during the integration process and post-implementation
• - Document integration processes and provide training to clients on how to use our integration tools
• - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in integration to continuously improve our processes and tools.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in software integration, preferably in a customer-facing role
• - Strong understanding of web services, APIs, and data integration techniques
• - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java,
• - Need to have mongo DB knowledge.
• - Experience with integration tools such Apache Nifi,MuleSoft.
• - React Js, Java Script, HTML, CSS.
• - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
