What you will need

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, ownership, and accountability are essential.

Must have

• 2-4 years of hands‑on experience in SugarCRM development, API customization, and debugging.
• Proficient in SugarCRM, PHP, MySQL, Docker Desktop, TDD (Test Driven Development) and caching solutions like ElastiCache Redis.
• In‑depth knowledge of SugarCRM applications, including configuration, scheduling, reporting, administration, upgrade and database design.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong foundation in software development and object‑oriented design.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with deployment techniques and change management processes.
• Exposure to cloud services such as AWS (EC2, RDS, Code Deploy, CloudBees, SQS, Lambda) and programming languages like Python.
• Experience in Salesforce development and relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer, Administrator).
