Job summary

Niit Learning Systems in Gurugram is seeking an experienced software engineer to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications. You will write clean, maintainable code and collaborate across client, project managers, architects, QA, and DevOps to deliver high‑quality solutions.

The role requires 13 years of experience, strong Node or OO language skills, Linux experience, and proficiency with REST APIs, SQL databases, Git, and modern CI/CD workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in software development.
• Strong programming skills in Node (preferred) or other object‑oriented languages.
• Experience in Linux and REST API development.
• Good understanding of object‑oriented programming, design patterns, and data structures.
• Knowledge of SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
