Job summary

Riskonnect, Inc. in India is seeking a Senior .NET Developer with 5-6 years of experience to join our team in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh.

The role focuses on building robust desktop and web applications using C# and modern .NET, with emphasis on clean architecture and scalable solutions. You will work with AI-assisted development tools, contribute to testing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in .NET development.
• Strong experience with C# and modern .NET (.NET 8).
• Experience with WPF and UI frameworks
• Deep understanding of DI, async/await, exception handling, SOLID and clean architecture
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot, etc.)
• Testing & Quality Engineering
• Strong experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest)
• Ability to design meaningful tests beyond “happy path” scenarios
• Familiarity with mocking frameworks
• Codebase comprehension and quickly understanding large codebases
• Comfort with AI-generated code and improving it
• Preferred experience modernizing or replacing legacy enterprise applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• High attention to detail and quality
• Clear written and verbal communication
