Software Engineer

Location: Coimbatore, India Type: Full-time Experience: 6+ years

We are looking for Software Engineers to build and scale our Conversational AI platform

Required Skills

• 6+ years software development, with 4+ years in Node.js & TypeScript, React JS


• Strong REST API, WebSocket, PostgreSQL, and Redis experience.


• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic), tool/function calling, and prompt engineering.


• Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures.


• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, secrets, input validation, and PII protection.


• Strong unit/integration testing skills and experience with pnpm/TypeScript monorepos.


• Ability to design, implement, and own features end to end.

Nice to Have

• Voice/Telephony: SIP/Drachtio, STT/TTS, Media Streams.


• AI: MCP, RAG, embeddings, pgvector, AI agents.


• Frontend: React + TypeScript.


• Cloud: AWS, Docker, CI/CD.


• Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, logging, metrics, and tracing.


• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS and distributed systems.
