Job summary

Bayer CropScience Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a senior integrations specialist to own end-to-end lifecycle of integrations across the Employee Platform, from requirement analysis and architecture design to implementation, testing and operations.

You will translate business requirements into scalable solutions, design robust architectures, collaborate with IT, HR and external vendors, apply API security (SAML, OAuth) and leverage cloud landscapes (Azure) in an agile/DevOps environment.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in system integrations with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong expertise in Workday integrations.
• Experience in agile / DevOps environments.
• Solid understanding of APIs, data flows, integration patterns, and security concepts (SAML, OAuth).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
