Job summary

Scientific Games Bengaluru seeks a software engineer proficient in C#, .NET and SQL Server to design and maintain enterprise applications. You will collaborate with frontend, QA and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable features while mentoring junior developers.

With 2–4 years of related experience, you will implement best practices, performance optimizations, and robust data access using EF/LINQ in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E in a relevant field.
• 2 to 4 years of related experience.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core/Framework, ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
• Expertise in SQL Server with stored procedures, performance tuning, and database design.
• Experience in developing SSIS packages and deployments.
• Experience in developing SSRS reports is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of Entity Framework, LINQ, and ORM concepts.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and service-oriented architecture.
• Experience with version control systems like Git, TFS.
• Solid understanding of OOPs, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience in any low code platform development like OutSystems is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using C#, ASP.NET (MVC/Core), and SQL Server.
• Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and views.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality features.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and follow coding standards and best practices.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Implement security and data protection measures in applications.
