Job summary

Scientific Games is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple software delivery initiatives for B2B clients. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and risks, and report progress to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include detailed planning from inception to delivery, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget outcomes, and collaboration with internal/external partners to meet market readiness and quality standards.

• Proven experience of delivering software delivery services to B2B’s.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with multiple external suppliers/service providers.
• Professional and flexible project management skills, track record of being able to motivate and direct project teams to deliver results.

• Manage the delivery of multiple projects concurrently as well as manage and
• support a team of project managers to deliver the goals/products by demonstrating excellent project control and communicating at the highest levels with all stakeholders.
• Responsible for detailed planning of all stages of the projects from inception, gate approval, development, testing, certification and delivery.
• Responsible for tracking and ensuring delivery to budget.
• Manage both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects, channels and platforms, as well as the risks and issues jeopardising your teams’ success, ensuring that the appropriate resources are utilised, stakeholders are regularly informed and that the consequences of any actions are clearly understood
• Work directly with various departments within Scientific Games to ensure all aspects of delivery are met before going out to market.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support project team members and ensuring that meetings are planned, attended and that minutes and actions are recorded and issued.
• Proactively interact with delivery teams internally and externally, identifying problems, creating and implementing solutions.
• Provide regular project status reports to relevant stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Lead the process of closing projects, ensuring that successes are celebrated, and lessons learned are highlighted.

What we’d like you to have:

• Proven experience of delivering software delivery services to B2B’s
• Technical knowledge of platforms (e.g Java, SQL)
• Strong stakeholder management skills with multiple external suppliers/service providers.
• Knowledge and experience of enterprise level project management
• Professional and flexible project management skills, track record of being able to motivate and direct project teams to deliver results
• Demonstrable experience of managing projects of a complex and technical nature
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Natural aptitude for attention to detail
• Effective time-management skills when under pressure
