Job summary

Qualifications

4–6 years of Python backend development and microservices experience.

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related discipline.

Design and develop scalable backend services and microservices using Python, ensuring high performance and reliability
Lead end-to-end development of fullstack applications, integrating React-based frontends with robust Python backends
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and delivery of applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, architecture, and deliverables
Optimize database performance and data models using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
Manage containerization and orchestration of services using Docker and Kubernetes
Develop, document, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs
Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce software engineering best practices

Requirements

4 to 6 years of experience in software development, including substantial expertise in Python backend and microservices architecture
Proficiency in Python for backend development
Experience with microservices architecture and design
Strong knowledge of Django, Flask, or FastAPI frameworks
Proficiency in Golang as a secondary backend language
CI/CD pipeline setup and management using tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
Containerization with Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes
Database management and optimization with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
API development and integration using REST and GraphQL
Automated testing with PyTest
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline
